Job Title: Loan Manager: Miami, Florida
Job Description:
South Florida FCU is seeking an experienced Loan Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the loan, visa, and mortgage functions of the credit union.
Examples of responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Guides and directs loan officers and staff to achieve quality loan service, improve productivity, and maintain confidentiality and security controls
-Interviews members when deemed necessary; investigates complaints and takes appropriate action to ensure that deficiencies in loan service are corrected
-Maintains an accurate credit card program according to established policies and procedures
-Prepares and provides accurate monthly reports of loans to CEO
-Makes recommendations to CEO and Board of Directors regarding loan rates and new products and services
Successful candidate must have:
-Bachelor’s in Finance or related field
-5 years leadership experience in loan interviewing, credit investigations, and/or credit decision making with a financial institution
-Additional related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis
