Burbank City Federal Credit Union

Programmer - Full Time:

We are looking for a dynamic computer programmer. The qualified candidate will plan and direct preliminary studies of potential electronic data processing applications and prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the Credit Union. This person will develop software, primarily Web-based applications that interface with our host processor, maintain and improve existing software and work with the team to identify and develop solutions. Must have experience with C# and ASP.NET language and be willing to learn other programs. Must have skills in web-related development, data design and use and experience with translating business needs into a programmed solution. Experience with Epysis/Symitar and Web server administration is a plus. Code samples will be requested. This position requires a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent to apply.

8:30 AM-5:30 PM Monday - Friday

Duties: Telephone collections using both automated and manual collection strategies. Communicates with members over the phone and in person regarding past due loan status. Objective is to determine the reasons for the delinquency and assist in developing a plan to correct. Performs research when required and communicates findings with member. Performs other duties relating to collection of past due loans.

Required Skills: A minimum of 6 months collection or customer service experience using the telephone. Must have great organizational and prioritization skills necessary with the ability to multi task in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Administrative Assistant

Call Center Representative

Helpline Agents perform duties such as: providing exceptional member service while handling a large volume of inquiries, researching and resolving member inquiries in an efficient and timely manner while presenting value-added financial products and services to our members.

The ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, superior customer service skills, one year of call center experience and one year of customer service experience. Helpdesk Technician

We are currently searching for a new member of our IS department. This position will provide technical support for the Credit Union and its subsidiaries. The Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for: maintaining and troubleshooting all desktop computers, Software and communications equipment at the multiple branch sites, delivering PC and Network equipment to remote sites, performing low level trouble shooting, and all other duties designated by the department manager. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: One to three years related experience, demonstrated experience supporting various software applications, experience performing low level hardware support, knowledge and experience of a networked environment. Accustomed to and articulate in changing computer technology Minimum of two year associates degree or specialized courses in information technology.
