Franklin, VA - October 30, 2008: Bronco Federal Credit Union (Bronco) has introduced a community website dedicated to our local region. Welcomehome.coop is the place to find information about the community. The site allows users to post events, savings tips, photos and more, for free.
Welcomehome.coop offers area residents a place to congregate online via discussion groups and other interactivity. Users can suggest a great place to dine, offer savings tips, and even publish vacation pictures. Area events will be published and are easily found with a handy calendar. This feature will be popular with community organizations looking to promote their services and events.
"We're so excited to have this new website," said Robert Petty, President and CEO of Bronco. "We want folks to have the opportunity to have a voice in the community while providing organizations and businesses the opportunity to communicate with our neighbors".
The new website also affords Bronco business clients an opportunity to communicate directly with consumers. Businesses can now market online directly to the people who live in the areas they serve. This will be particularly appealing to smaller businesses that may lack their own website or are simply looking to increase their visibility.
Raoust+Partners, a Virginia-based marketing firm, developed the site for Bronco. Raoust+Partners has been Bronco's brand partner since 2004. Bronco has established a strong presence and position in the community, and welcomehome.coop is further evidence of the credit union's commitment to the people it serves.
