Here's a ranking of the most fuel efficient cars for 2011 models by city mileage. If you're looking for a domestic vehicle, you will be limiting your choices. Most of the cars ranked for best fuel efficiency are foreign made. This list does not include cars like the Nissan Leaf, which do not use any gasoline.
