The full legal name of a credit union must be used. Marketing-oriented names omitting the full legal designation of "credit union" or "federal credit union" will not be accepted.
Updates not conforming to the above quality guidelines will not be updated and may rely exclusively on NCUA's information for credit unions in the United States.
