Don't let these negative reviews sway you. Most of the negative reviews come from people unhappy about members Bank switching. That to me is not a reflection of 4front whom have always been Pleasant and helpful to me. I chose this Credit Union because Word of Mouth around town is very good. I am not disappointed and you should give them a chance.

When we were notified that our credit Members Credit Union was changing to 4Front, we were assured the quality of services would remain as excellent. They did not! Rather quickly numerous benefits changed.....such as having enough tellers or people to answer the phone. Small special benefits for seniors seemed to suddenly have disappeared without notifing the members. Then, we were told that we had to changed credit card company....I had less than a week's notice. Am not happy....since MasterCard is not accepted in one of the foreign countries that I do business with. Also, just received the first 4front Mastercard bill and it looks like it was printed on someone's old home printer.....in 9 font print.....with a hazy MasterCard logo. is this company run out of Nigeria, by chance?.....am a little nervous, so looking for a new credit union.

What a mess! My old Members Visa card became invalid when they transitioned to 4Front on Aug. 24. I could no longer access the credit card site to check balance or pay off card and the new card had to be re-registered through EZCardInfo which is an impossible site to navigate, given that they ask security questions which I never would have set. Then I get an email saying my old card is incurring charges but there is nobody I can talk to about it, they won't answer the phone.

This is the worst bank that I ever dealt with. Not to mention, their employees are extremely rude. These people need to work on their customer service. I will be certain to take my business elsewhere and spread the word along the way. Do not go here unless you like being talked down to.

Audio teller down all morning. 2 separate Direct Deposits never posted. D.D. are notoriously late posting. Tried to sign-up for Inline Banking. After 12 attempts said the %$^& with it.
Looking for a bank that doesn't make simple tasks a PITA!

Very annoyed. Members never had even close to this many problems. Can't ever get through on the phone teller. Lines are usually long and I can get over that. Service has gone down but perhaps its because their customers are upset and they can't do anything about it. I can understand that. Not sure why they should pay for techs issues. The phone teller is just a joke.

It is a pain in the behind to login in to use my online account for viewing of balances, etc. I get locked out for trying more than once to login.......and....my login ID and PW is correct in the first place.
I am sick of this happening. Now it is 8pm and I have to WAIT to get someone at 4front to reset my PW, etc. I miss Members Credit Union period!!

I have been with Members since they opened their doors and this is truly the worse decision they have ever made. The lines a long at all the branches and your online services are awful. I can not access my accounts for balances and you lines are always busy so I am unable to get help. People need to be able to access their accounts.

Charges to cash checks if you have a savings but not checking. Charges for checks for 55 and older now. Phone teller which I used all the time keeps giving a busy type signal. I need to be able to access my account by phone and can't. History does not go back as far as it did before. Hours are like everyone else now. Seriously thinking of moving my accounts as is daughter and a friend.
