Keep getting locked out of account. Forget about doing online account maintenance, paying bills etc. Far easier and faster to drive to a branch and do my business in person, writing checques and mailing them in. I'd love to give a "zero" star or even negative star rating ... too bad.

This is the worst "Updated Application"! What used to take me 1-2 seconds to get into my online banking, either via iPhone or desktop, it now takes me 3-4 days! I've called numerous times and talk to the "tech support", I went into the Lomas office (and have to go again today on my lunch hour, yet); the system is NOT REMEMBERING MY LOGIN/USERID. Soo bad, I might just go to another credit union! Or go find a BANK!

Since becoming Nusenda service online and in person is the worst, I am researching a new credit union now. Frequent on online problems that often take days if not weeks to resolve, poorly trained staff, and what a stupid name, they sound like some kind of big pharm med with more side effects than benefits..er it fits.

Fraudulent charges were made using my husbands debit card from our account in October of 2015. We were told that both cards were cancelled and were sent TWO new cards, one for each of us. This week, 2 charges were made on this account with using my cancelled card. After I spoke with customer service I found out that while they sent me a new card and told me to destroy the old card, they never cancelled it! So charges were put through using a card that I was told had been cancelled. At first, the customer service representative seem to be blaming me for not knowing that the old card was never cancelled but could not explain why the bank sent me a replacement card.In the meantime, funds that I need now are being held. I am being inconvenienced for their mistake and they are not taking responsibility for neglecting to cancel my old card. Very badly done Nusenda.

WANT TO PAY A BILL ON ONLINE BANKING AND AFTER 5 ATTEMPTS TO GET INTO THE ONLINE BANKING--I WENT TO ANOTHER SITE!!! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM????JEL

You need to make online banking more accessible and when applying for a small loan your agent (teller) should not talk so long using all my gigabytes and when the call dropped she did not call me back!
