The only reason I give the 2 stars I did was for the Brenda on Williamson way & the Brenda on Fern. Most every other teller I've come in contact with is not near as happy to help me as many other financial institutions in the area. Also, WESLA online banking has never once allowed me into my account on the first attempt. It takes a bare minimum of two attempts every single login. I've mentioned this problem before to WESLA staff yet nothing has ever been done.

I cannot get WESLA Website using my computer from any website example:yahoo,google or the others.I get PAGE NOT DISPLAYED on them all. What's happening?

Please see the following letter. I have notified Wesla Federal Credit Union Representatives both in writing and in person at two of the local branches that one of my membership accounts does not work. I received a phone call that my services should work now. My services do not work as of this writing on May 17, 2016. I am mailing this communication via the United States Postal snail mail system to the Corporate office for Wesla Federal Credit Union located on Williamson Way in Shreveport, LA 71118.

I received a call notifying me the problem I submitted to Welsa Federal Credit Union has been resolved. This is official notification that I cannot access the account noted below using the Touch Tone Teller telephone system. This account continues to be non-accessible using the Touch Tone Teller system. This problem has not been resolved. Please see the history of this issue that was submitted to the main Welsa Federal Credit Union location that is noted below. I tried to access my Member #48756 and I still do not have any access using the Touch Tone Teller phone system.
Please fix my problem immediately. Thank you for your consideration.

Please explain to me why I am not able to access my Welsa Member Account #48756 using the Touch Tone Teller phone system. I have reported this problem to Welsa officials several times. I have reported this problem when I spoke to individuals in the Customer Service area, both on the telephone and in person at the Welsa location in Bossier City, and, also the Welsa location on Fern Ave. in Shreveport.
I am forced to write this letter to the Welsa Corporate office because no one has addressed this issue for me and I have reported this problem since I opened this account some time ago. Please check your records for the exact date this account was opened. I was able to set up this account for access using the online banking service. However, I have no services for this account using the Touch Tone Teller telephone system. Please report this circumstance to the appropriate department and rectify this issue immediately. Thank you for your consideration.
