Stay away! zero stars. Error after error, tried to charge me thousands of extra dollars on a car loan that was not valid. Took forever for them to fix it. Customer service is horrible. No people at banks, tellers are via video screen, they use less tellers now to save money and have them all centrally located so you are in an absolute cue. If there are 20 people waiting in line at different locations, you are # 21 even if you only have 1 person in front of you at your location. Nice. Next move, they may get rid of their US employees and hire people in the middle east or India to do electronic teller work. SECU. Serving Every Corporate profit Under the sun.

Can I give it zero stars. I mailed my November mortgage payment on time back in November and SECU cashed it. Two months later it still hasn't posted to my account. I have sent a copy of my cancelled check and have been told it has been located and will be posted to my account. Meanwhile every month since then it looks like I am one month behind and I keep getting charged late fees. I have been in touch with them at least once or twice a week since then and have been told each time the issue will get escalated to the next level but obviously it has not. And every day when I get home from work there is a call on my voicemail from their collections department asking me to call them. Do they not even look at their own notes to see that I have called them - over and over and over again.

I've belonged to SECU for about 41 years and have never had any problems until March 2015. My mobile depositing and on line depositing have not worked in nearly a month. NO ONE AT SECU could solve my problem nor would they allow me to speak to senior IT staff who might be able to answer my concerns. One SECU staff member said she'd forward my issue to a senior IT staffer and get back to me: yeah, right: that didn't happen. What are you guys hiding? Why haven't you announced that you have a serious IT compatibility issue with My Deposit software????? What kind of an customer service center are you running?

This bank is horrible. I hate this bank. They rob you all the time and then tell you how they can't help you.
