Excellent Service. I've always paid my bills on time for seven years straight without
missing a payment. In February 2014 my wife gave birth to my beautiful daughter
Madison. We interviewed a few baby sitters but we were unsure if its what we really
wanted. With all the news of baby sitters causing harm and in some cases death to
innocent children we were very concerned. So we decided for my wife not to go back to
work and stay at home with the baby. In doing so we had to compensate paying some of
our bills through our credit cards. In about 8 months all of my credit cards became
maxed out. No one would give me a loan. Although I had not missed any payments, my
high credit card utilizaion dropped my score dramatically. My Fico score was 623 and
it became very difficult to get a personal loan. That's until I researched and found
Bay Ridge Federal Credit Union. You see at Bay Ridge FCU I wasn't just a number. I
was an actual person with actual events that occured in my life. My personal loan
application in the amount of $25,000 was approved. Phylis was very professional and
hospitable and guided me through a thourogh process of all applications that needed
to be filled out. Once all the paperwork was filled out it was smooth sailing. I
received a phone call from Francine to let me know that my loan was approved.
Francine was wonderful and assisted me in finalizing the remaining paperwork. Thank
you Phylis and Francine for making my life less complexed. If I had to give Bay Ridge
Federal Credit Union a score between 1-10, I would say that they are a definite 10.
Today my Fico score is 753. My score jumped 130 points. If you are tired of being a
number, give Bay Ridge Federal Credit Union a call. They will treat you like an
actual person with actual events that could of happened to anyone.
