Worst customer service possible. Waited over an hour to see a loan officer. They don’t take appointments. Called loan officer three consecutive days and emailed as well. In two separate phone conversations with my husband and me, we were told I was approved for a debt transfer credit card at 9.90% only to be given the papers to Docusign at 17.99% with no explanation. Buyer beware if you plan to do business with them.

If I could give them less than one star I would !
Years ago that used to be a union that worked with families now they’re just another “bank” collecting as much interest, fees and overdraft costs as they can. They’re in it to COLLECT NOT RESOLVE your account.
They don’t care about you anymore; they care about the bottom line: $$ even if they are nonprofit.
We’ve been thru **** and back with mounting medical bills. They said our banking record was poor over the last 7 years. Well DUH — run don’t walk just get away from the EECU.
THEY ARE NOT YOUR PARENTS’ old credit union.

The staff at your branches consider errors with our accounts as normal.
- I wrote a deposit slip with one number but the teller made the deposit into an account with a different number. The manager never responded to my request for a return call. The assist. manager responded stating that the teller had 100% accuracy rate.
- At the drive through, I requested cash back from a deposit of $100. I got $85 instead. When I questioned it, the manager stated that tellers do not count the money being disbursed from the machine.
- I ordered checks. The teller called an old phone number, instead of the current number on my profile,to notify me that the checks were in the branch. She said she spoke to a male. All areas of their systems don't get updated.
- I went last week to pick up a new batch of checks and was handed a receipt to sign for checks from an account number that has been removed. The manager said the teller made an innocent mistake.
These problems occured during a two year period. You have my money. I expect 100% accuracy with my money and paperwork, not ongoing excuses. I no longer have the interest and energy to triplecheck everything I expect the CU to do right the first time. Closing my accounts.
