I apply for a loan for $500. My income is over $2,000.
They told me that I need 5 co-signer and 5 different collateral. I withdrawled all my money because of the B.S. employee, name Ruth. Who did not give me any type of loan.

The employee, Ruth made my credit score drop over 200 points just in one visit.
The advertisement(LOANS F.O.R. YOU) is false.
Why is there no males working there?
Everytime I went there in the past I only seen females working there.

There are two employees that I know personal that will not help you get a loan (Ruth and Ashley)
Why are they inappropriate towards your family, friends, employment type, income type, ethical background, clothing you wear when you go in, hygine when you just get off work and need to cash your checks, the type of vechile you own and operate.
Why do they act inappropriate when you ask for a certian type of currency for example coins for laundry or when you ask for a certain amount of money they ask how you want it and if you tell them in small bills or large bills they give you attitude about it.
Why do they inappropriate and downgrade people on disability (SSI and SSDI)?
Why do they act inappropriate and downgrade people with personal problems and,or criminal background.
Why do they help the rich and not the poor?
Why do they help those with very high credit scores?
Why do half of them just sit around doing nothing?
Why would an employee come from the back office just to kick a customer out when they just walk in to cash their pay check?
Why would that employee threaten a customer and act inappropriate, unprofessional towards that customer.

This bank is the largest joke in the area. The Oil City's new branch manager refused to speak directly to me and continued to have me funneled through employees that(while professional) couldn't help me. They constantly have problems with their debit cards causing me more problems than I would ever want to handle. Pleas to speak to the board have gone unanswered by the CEO which apparently is somewhere else but also sucks at talking to the members(which you would think being a credit union WE THE PEOPLE SHOULD MATTER! I will be closing my account immediately. I've talked to so many friends and locals with the same frustrations. THIS BANK BLOWS! Go to GALAXY!
