An account was set up without consent and without proper documents. The "head person" if you want to label her as such (her mother owns this credit union and the daughter takes over) Joanne is her name. This woman is ill equipped to work in or run any type of business and in all honesty, i am personally scared to know that this woman handles money, loans and keeps car titles as collateral. She acts like a child and is a vengeful & spiteful person. If you think your personal business is private when dealing with her, think again. She enjoys sharing stories about the people who are past due on their loan payments and she thinks it's funny when she tries to intimidate people. For example: Joanne loved bragging one day about a woman who was late with her payments so the way she handled it was by getting in to a childish text message argument with the woman. That type of behavior is beyond unprofessional. She also enjoys bragging about how she goes out in the middle of the night to look for the cars that belong to the late loan payers. I understand when you get a title loan, the car can be taken if payments aren't made. Luckily I never made a deal like that but I hear stories about others who have and my reason for writing about this is so I can hopefully save people or even if it's 1 person from using this particular credit union. It's not professional for this person to discuss personal things about the customers first of all. Second of all, there are many more reasons why this woman should not be handing serious business and no one should be laughing about their customers or clients and telling outsiders about YOUR personal business such as whether you're a late payer or not.......nor should the business owner make jokes about how funny it is to harass someone. BIG WARNING ABOUT THIS BUSINESS!!! Your finances would be better handled by a small child. When dealing with Joanne, you're basically dealing with a child like mind anyway. The other details I would like to share may not be allowed, therefore I must consult with a lawyer first about what I may or may not share. I just hope this helps someone or several. Please consider any other bank or credit union. -Signed: Anonymous Helper
