I started banking with this company a few years because when I was shopping around for car loan rates, they had the best deal. When I finish the paperwork they hit me with another rate that was different from what we first discussed. It took a lot of extra hours of my time and asking for managers managers to get my rate back down. Fast forward 3 years and I applied to refinance my car. I have never missed a payment and have excellent credit and was DENIED completely a refinance loan. I have at least 20 other offers from different banks who I don’t have a relationship with. I’m leaving this bank ASAP as there is not benefit to staying with them long term. Two starts only because the people on the phone are friendly even though they may not be helpful.

Amplify Credit Union gives all credit unions a BAD name. Do not borrow money from them or you will regret it. I had a horrible experience and I have friends who have had terrible experiences as well. I am filing a complain with the NCUA so hopefully they will take action and shut them down or force another credit union to absorb this awful group. Do not think twice about doing business with these scumbags. Kendall Garrison is a crook.

Wow! Talk about absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and to loyal patrons who have been with them for years. As soon as my loan is paid off I am out the door. The loan services department was so condescending and not in the least bit helpful in helping me relocate funds that they had drafted twice through my account, even though i had sent an email to clarify that this wouldn't happen. They gave me the runaround and essentially told me to take it up with my bank. Thanks for nothing amplify.

Positive terrible to deal with. Inconsistent holds on deposits based on which tell happens to take the deposit. Seriously! Not rules or credit based, but the deposit hold is based on what the teller decides. No consistency between tellers.

Always a long line in the branch on Brockton.

Just about all my dealings with Amplify were disappointing. I am now with UFCU and much perfect they way they handle everything from deposits to loan applications.
