I have an issue that happened on a Saturday before Easter Sunday where I had lost my information to log into my account. I could not find a phone number on your website other than an 800 number. This was no help since the automated system wanted the information that I had lost. Since I wasn't talking to a live person, I reached a dead-end. Now I have to wait until Monday to talk to a real person at my bank. I'm glad I was not in a serious situation.

Just a note: I had the same issue at the same time with SCCU but guess what - they had an 800 number where I could talk to a real person and my situation was resolved in 10 minutes. LAUNCH needs to pick up their game - A LOT!

I was livid when they changed the name; it was very significant to our community for many years. It represented the people in our community, And "we, the members" own the credit union but were not consulted about the change and not to mention; if I am correct... It was our money that was spent.
I was there yesterday and spent 40 minutes waiting for customer service, once I got help it was a pleasant experience but that too is becoming a thing of the past.
While waiting a lady was telling me she was there on a Friday and there was only one teller.

I don't feel the same about the credit union as I used to. I'm rating here because I believe this is the main office. I use the Deland location. This is more about the credit union in general. Changes are being made that don't feel right; it's beginning to be more like a bank. The name was changed from a well known name of historic significance to a bland generic name - Launch. To choose the name they hired a firm in Virginia, not in Florida, and they didn't poll the credit union members to see how they'd feel about changing the name. Many were very upset, myself included. Some services have been discontinued. The customer service line is not as attentive as it used to be. I see a trend downward for the consumer. It doesn't feel like a "hometown" friendly place anymore. A lot of money was spent just to change the name.
